*Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service requests and inquiries
*Coordinate and schedule repair work, service tickets, and homeowner appointments
*Support billing, job costing, and purchase order processes
*Maintain clear and timely communication with field staff, customers, and internal teams
*Ensure accuracy of documentation across systems, including Job Tracker and Great Plains
